Returns & Exchanges Timeline

  • 15-Day Window: Please request returns/exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of Purchase: Include your order number or receipt

Special Considerations

For the safety of all our little princes and princesses:

  • Non-Returnable Items: Baby health products, diapering items, and opened collectible surprise toys cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
  • Personalized Items: Customized baby gifts and bedding are final sale

Step 2: Package & Ship

Once approved, you’ll receive:

  • Return authorization number
  • Prepaid shipping label (for our errors)
  • Instructions for repackaging

Note: For customer-initiated returns, original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is at customer’s expense.

Step 3: Refund or Exchange

Upon receiving your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 1-2 business days after processing

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding Asia and some remote areas):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your magical delivery arrived with issues:
