  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS – arrives in 15-25 days after shipping

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and some remote areas) with the same care we put into selecting our action figures and nursery items.

Returns Timeline

Please request returns/exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Condition Requirements

  • Original packaging with all tags attached

Step 2: Package & Ship

Once approved, you’ll receive:

  • Return authorization number
  • Prepaid shipping label (for our errors)
  • Repackaging instructions

Note: For customer-initiated returns, original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is at customer’s expense.

Step 3: Refund or Exchange

Upon receiving your return:
